Synthesis of new solid phase sorbent for sensitive spectrophotometric determination of Quercetin

Sensitive and easy applicable analysis of Quercetin molecules was executed whereby solid phase extraction (SPE) molecular spectrophotometric determination. For the determination quercetin, an accurate, economical, time-saving a new environmentally friendly method has been developed with simple spectrophotometer device available in every laboratory. As solid-phase sorbent, polymer nanocomposite synthesized characterized by Fouirer Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FT-IR) Scanned Electron Microscopy (SEM). Experimental variables have investigated optimized step step, such as pH, adsorption time desorption conditions, etc. According to optimization results, quercetin carried out 2-propanol solvent absorbance eluent solutions were measured systematic at 255 nm 370 nm. However, best results obtained wavelength. Therefore, all measurements made (LOD) means that detection limit (LOQ), quantitation values for calculated 5.97 ng mL-1and 17.91 mL-1, respectively.
